Universally suitable, glossy, one-component screen printing ink for printing unplasticized and plasticized PVC, ABS, acrylic sheet, polystyrene, polyamide, polycarbonate, polyester, paper and cardboard. Good abrasion, blocking, cutting and punching resistance as well as stacking and thermoforming resistance are the key properties of these physically drying inks. Ink series 450 JK is lightfast, weatherproof and resistant to oils, fats and alcohol.

The basic ink mixing system of series 450-JK consists of 12 basic colors (G scale) and can be used to mix a wide range of shades, including 22 standard opaque, ready to print colors. Practically tested mixing formulas are available for many different color standards, e.g. Pantone®, HKS, RAL, NCS etc.

Usage Instructions

Pad Printing: Add 15-20% 38472 Thinner
Screen Printing: Add 15-20% #11 Retarder
Curing: Air dry within 1 hour, or heat at 175°F for 5 minutes

This series also shows good resistance to untreated PP material with the addition of 20% 100-VR-1260 Adhesion Modifier
